How Long Does It Take To Heal?
Everyone’s healing journey is very different. We have worked with people who have got results within a few days and for others it takes a few months. The best mindset to have is to set yourself a target of 6 months to ensure you don’t lose drive or motivation. However, if you properly follow the steps in the program it’s likely to be within that time.
How Long Did It Take Matt To Heal?
Matt’s official diagnosis of Crohn’s & Colitis was at the start of 2020 and it was properly healed around May 2023. However, he did not have a blueprint or understanding of how to get better and was sporadically jumping from diet to diet, practice to practice, scrambling to get results. A big reason why Matt started coaching was not just to help people heal, but heal faster, avoiding the mistakes he made during his journey.
How Does The Money Back Guarantee Work?

Why Do Doctors Insist That IBD Cannot Be Naturally Reversed?
This is a question I still ask myself today and one I still scratch my head at. Doctors are not trained within natural medicine so it is not part of their system. I do not blame them for this but it frustrates me that they do not seem to acknowledge it’s value and impact for positive change on IBD.
